Milwaukee 3009-24HD M18 FUEL Dual Battery Backpack Blower Kit Review
Milwaukee 3009-24HD M18 FUEL Dual Battery Backpack Blower Kit - acmetools.pxf.io/q4P4Xq

Milwaukee M18 FUEL Dual Battery Backpack Blower Kit: Power Meets Comfort (But Watch the Runtime)
The Milwaukee M18 FUEL Dual Battery Backpack Blower Kit (model 3009-24HD) is a serious contender for professional landscapers and property managers. This cordless beast boasts impressive blowing force that rivals even some mid-range commercial gas-powered models. Here's a closer look at why this blower might be a great fit for your needs:
Impressive Power Without the Gas Hassle
Milwaukee's POWERSTATE brushless motor delivers a forceful punch - a constant 650 CFM air volume at 155 MPH. This translates to clearing leaves, debris, and even light snow with ease. No more wrestling with pull cords or dealing with gas cans - just pop in your M18 REDLITHIUM batteries and get to work.
Comfortable Design for Extended Use
The backpack blower features a fully adjustable harness, distributing the weight evenly across your back and shoulders. This makes a huge difference for those long clearing sessions, especially when compared to a traditional handheld blower.
Reduced Noise Levels
With a noise level of only 62 dB, the Milwaukee M18 FUEL is significantly quieter than many gas-powered backpack blowers. This is a major benefit for professionals working in noise-sensitive areas or those who simply appreciate a quieter work environment.
Consideration: Runtime
While the M18 FUEL boasts exceptional power, it's important to factor in runtime. The blower requires at least two M18 REDLITHIUM batteries for operation, and Milwaukee recommends using their M18 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT batteries to maximize runtime. Even with these high-output batteries, runtime can be a concern for larger properties or extensive clearing jobs. Having extra batteries on hand is a must to avoid interruption.
The Verdict
The Milwaukee M18 FUEL Dual Battery Backpack Blower Kit is a powerful and comfortable option for professional landscapers and property managers. The cordless design eliminates the hassle of gas, and the backpack design makes extended use more comfortable. However, be mindful of the runtime limitations, especially for larger areas. If runtime is a major concern, you may also want to consider gas-powered alternatives.

Hire It Out Vs Do It Yourself - How Much Are You Willing To Do To Save Money?
I’ve seen 1 million dollars before, never 2 million on a table
You should measure the current as well to understand really what's going on...
Auloor is not a 750. Its a 500 with a peak of 750.
Oraimo is at 400 plus shipping on amazon atm. Mine was 575 with tax, and shipping.
This guy got a big fat bj from the Milwaukee sales guy 😂
Another excellent no b.s. review. Thanks!
It's Corona o'clock 😂
Heyo two stacks of OSB!!!!!! That’s no joke!!!!
I love Milwaukee, but that's just ridiculous. Burn gas and oil like a real red-blooded American!
Great video. God Bless😊
I can’t find that model anywhere. Is there a new version you would recommend?
@RogueSky8 today, I would go with the Milwaukee m18 mid torque.
@@WorkshopAddict thank you so much. I appreciate you taking the time to reply!
@@RogueSky8 glad to
They don't mess around.
Hey guys, any idea on runtime on a full tank? Obviously it depends on the load but just in general.
772 is not balanced well and it is deafening. One of my least favorite Dewalt tools… and I have dozens
3k in batteries to do a 30 dallor job Smart folks 😢😢😢
Just watch the pipeline. That may help you with your power needs.
So how do you assemble it?
@@angiec8487 I show how you switch everything in the video.
Very good video, very informative. Thanks a lot.
I personally love Husqvarna
That’s like 10 years worth of gas in batteries Lol I’d have a set up just like this if I was using someone else’s card
Might sound crazy but I own a 2000 and had a few other commercial mowers and so far my residential Jd z530 m has impressed me more than all the commercials I’ve own and had less repsirs
This battery game is dumb. Yea it’s lighter and maybe better. But you have more in batteries then many landscaping companies would have in a trimmer and blower
Let’s see how all this works when it’s liked on to something.
Should do a heat test(measure the heat output), see what it is actually outputting the whole time. That should show a clear difference between the batteries.
Yeah, buy organic from humane farms. That simple. Straus is a good brand. Little expensive but you will appreciate the difference.
Am in africa. 50km from nairobi. We just keep a cow. Got chickens for the eggs, too. The beauty is that just feed them a little and let them lose. They come back in at sunset by themselves.
Thats the gen 1 not the new gen 2. The gen 2 is smaller, has electronic on off and rambo mode. I have it its a great gun way better than that gen 1 model number of gen 2 is NT1850DFTM
Craftsman has the WORST customer service ever! They actually sent me an email when I needed service help telling me that there were NO service repair options they could offer, that they had NO parts or schematics to offer anyone tryin to repair one of these, that they had NO batteries to offer anyone needing one if they failed, and telling me to recycle my mower and buy something new!!! Luckily I was able to fix mine when it would not start after tearing it apart and trial and error efforts... I will NEVER buy another Craftsman product again. Like the mower and its accessory tools, but have ZERO ability to depend on them for any service or repair issue.... NOT the Craftsman of yesterday when Sears owned them.... Also, they got rid of entire V60 line!!!
I do home yard work so I easily can get away with only 2 HD12.0 batteries. Knocks out the lawn, trimming, edging and leaf blowing in one charge. I love my Milwaukee M18 Fuel Lawn mower, single battery quick lock string trimmer, and dual battery handheld leaf blower. On a good day, I can volunteer to do my neighbors lawn. However Milwaukee should make an MX fuel 32 inch mower.
Lemme just put that on the company card right quick aaaaaaaand done. Got one.
I would return them and get the new 12.0s that just came out this week, they’re much stronger with better run time
Just about enough battery to power your EV 😂
I'm amazed that there's no DeWALT variation of this tool.
I know someone that has one of those, and the he height deflector automatically goes up, no matter how many times you lock it in place.
Storage / organization is an ongoing process. Every time you buy or add something it k8nda snowballs the whole layout. Only you know which tools you use most and what's most convenient for you. Overall a great video.
Give it a 50% discount and that's a good price
Don’t forget that these batteries can also fail and come out defective… good luck with the warranty
Warranty is easy, thankfully. I've warrantied a few batteries. Very easy, no questions asked, typically.
Apparently if it’s geared like a strimmer or hedge cutter, chainsaw battery is good. If it’s direct drive like a blower it’ll just waste batteries.
Battery's are great for smaller tools, but miter saws, table saw, landscaping equipment, are all tools that should not be Battery powered yet! These tools are great for the home owner who uses them once a week, but not for professionals. Battery technology is getting better, but it's just not there yet!
Carbon fiber shaft Vs regular shaft ,how much weight difference, not much-- what's the advantage- it's like adding a cordless flashlight to a drill kit combo
yea batteries loose their range over time, every time you charge you loose a little run time each charge!
Need the new 12ah FORGE batteries
I have used mine heavily at my house for 4 months now. It has been worth its weight in gold. Amazing tool . yesterday it had problems and I believe the gears are stripping out. I will buy another if need be but for now I will see what warranty I have if any.
Love new battery powered stuff to systems like atihl kombi and milwaukee quik lock. Also battery chainsaws are really good now. But for backpack blowers, absolutely not. Uses way too much power, need a ton of batteries.
Someone needs to be smacked back into reality
Bird Flu Pandemic in the making!
Would have been better off with ego tbh
Very nice video thank you
The noise is a great thing to point out. I would want to wear ear protection but may go for the Jaxe. Great review.
That’s just chaos
